Design and Budgeting Process

  • Step 1: We listen to our customers' needs and requirements.
  • Step 2: Our design team creates detailed 3D renders and thechnical drawings to help visualize the project. At this point, the client pays 20% of the total project value.
  • Step 3: We prepare a comprehensive budget that includes materials and labor, and estimate the project duration.
  • Step 4: We present the final quotation to the client.
  • Step 5: If the proposal is approved, the contract is signed, and the client pays another 30% of the total project value.
  • Step 6: Our team inmediately starts working on the project. Once it's finished and client satisfaction is confirmed, the final 50% of the project value is paid.

Transportation and handling of materials are fully included in our service rates.
