We built this tiny house to serve as an AirBnB rental. Taking around 4 months to be built, it features all the amenities commonly installed on our units, along with a complete WPC deck. It is currently parked at our tiny house park, and guests really love how spacious and comfortable it is. If you're interested in renting it, book it now on AirBnB.
This project started when our client, a middle-aged lady, chose us to build a brand new tiny house to install it next to a house in California. The base model was highly customized, making it barely recognizable. Along our base amenities, it features a skylight, white furniture, golden accents, and a marble-like shower. We are happy this project was succesful, and our client is really happy with the result.
Short after starting our Backyard Room business, a family head who owns a property in Austin asked us to build one on it, as additional living space for his family. The design was almost fully customized to fit his needs, starting with a 10 ft by 20 ft frame. It features an 8 ft by 9 ft loft (common in our tiny houses on wheels), lots of windows for sunlight, and an accordion glass door. It is currently under construction, and we are certain it will greatly improve their quality of life.
