At North Andes Homes, we turn your dream into reality through a simple, transparent, and agile process. Whether it's a residential Tiny Home or a commercial space, we're with you every step of the way.

Fill out our online form and tell us about your vision. We want to get to know you and understand what you're dreaming of building. It's the first step toward your new space!

We schedule a virtual or in-person meeting to hear your ideas, needs, and goals. Our team will guide you in selecting the model that best fits your lifestyle or business concept. This is how we design a custom Tiny that works just for you.

We send you a detailed proposal within hours based on the model you're interested in. Once approved, we sign the contract and receive a 5% deposit (based on the estimate) to begin the design phase, including renders and floor plans.

Everything is set to move forward!

With the final budget approved and your plans and renders confirmed, we request a 35% deposit of the total project cost to kick off the build.

Now we bring your vision to life!

In just 8 to 10 weeks, your Tiny Home or Commercial unit will be ready. We'll schedule a final appointment to arrange delivery, and you'll complete the remaining 60% balance.
