This model features a 100 sq ft space, with a mini-split unit and full insulation for comfortable use along the year. Luxury vinyl planks are used for flooring, and clients can request a decorative wood finish on the ceiling. The exterior of this backyard room is covered in high-quality silver matte metal.
This model includes two medium and a 96" by 48" double panel windows, along with a full-glass exterior door, and warm LED lighting inside, guaranteeing excelent lighting no matter the time of day. A new feature we are implementing on this backyard room is an exterior foldable bar table, which you can use as a business counter, a bar, or an exterior desk.
